At Fulcrum Wines, we respect your privacy. All personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, rented, disclosed, or loaned. The information collected about you is only what is needed for conducting business and offering products and services that might be of interest to you. Fulcrum Wines shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders. All wines purchased from Fulcrum Wines by Rhode Island, Delaware, South Dakota, and Oklahoma residents are deemed sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. As such California sales tax rates will apply to those orders.

We make no representation relative to the customer's right to import wine into his/her state. In placing an order, the customer represents to Fulcrum Wines that he/she is at least 21 years of age and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old.

Product Guarantee, Returns, and Exchanges

Fulcrum Wines stands firmly behind all of its products.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at 732-610-9602 and you may return the wines for an exchange or for a full refund.  All exchanges or refunds must be within 90 days of purchase.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship within 24 hours on business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.  We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you only as an estimate.  Fulcrum Wines will hold any shipment in the case of temperatures(high or low) which might damage the wine.  If you wish to have wine shipped regardless of Fulcrum's weather hold then Fulcrum will have no responsibility in ensuring the quality of the wine.

Credit Cards

Fulcrum Wines accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed immediately upon placement of your order to reserve the wine.  If you wish to cancel your order at any time please contact us at 732-610-9602.
