Intense garnet color. Shy aromas of dark cherry, violet, heather, and a hint of butterscotch. Big dark cherry, cola and earthy flavors with a savory minerality that belie the soft nose. Deep long finish with smooth tannins and seamlessly integrated oak.  Unfined and Unfiltered.
